I know I say this a lot, but I really am really lucky because I get to work with the most amazing couples for their St. Thomas weddings. That rang true for the wedding I am blogging about today. Leilani and Bill came to me to plan their perfect Lindquist Beach Wedding. And I must say, Leilani and I worked really well together and built the wedding of their dreams. It was absolutely perfect!
Leilani was an absolute dream to work with. She contacted me in May of 2016 and soon after, we started the planning process for their big day. I’m so thrilled that she chose me to plan her wedding! She got my information from one of my past brides. I’ll never get tired of having past clients leave their wedding so happy that they go out of their way to recommend me to someone.
Leilani and Bill had a decidedly soft and romantic vision for the day of their nuptials. I usually do earlier weddings when planning for a Lindquist Beach wedding, but Leilani wanted something closer to sunset. We planned her wedding for 5:30 PM. It was actually perfect. The water at Lindquist is just always perfect. I love that beach so much and I’m still so glad that I decided to have my wedding there!
All of the choices that I executed for her were perfect! She had soft blues, greens, and pinks as her colors. Those came out in her bouquet, her cake, and decidedly my favorite part–her arch.
Leilani and Bill decided not to do a reception, but to instead take their guests on a boat leaving from Secret Harbour. They enjoyed the evening off the coast of Buck Island with some light snacks and all the beverages that they could have wanted.
