Villa Serenita is definitely one of my favorite wedding venues in St. Thomas. So when Maggie contacted me one year before her and Brent’s Villa Serenita Wedding, I was super excited! They planned to get married in June of 2019. We had one year to put together their big day. It was plenty of time to make the magic happen. I’m obsessed with the pictures and you will be too when you see them pictured throughout the post.
When Maggie gave me her tropical color scheme, I got to work designing their ceremony space. I’m so excited to share these with you! We did some hanging centerpieces that we were able to utilize for the ceremony as well. We raised them for the ceremony and then dropped it for the reception. Can you tell how much love I put into the design along with my amazing florist?!
Maggie and Brent spent the time prior to the ceremony getting ready with their respective bridesmaids and groomsmen.
When they were ready, we started the ceremony. It was a beautiful one with all their wedding party and flower girls.
After the ceremony, we went into portraits. Again, they had such a lovely wedding party. During the cocktail hour, the bride and groom split off to go to a different location for some portraits and some alone time. Sapphire is the perfect space for this! They even had some smoke bombs that turned out some super fun photos!
And then the reception, where all the pictures come together for their perfect day. Their cake was gorgeous. Their flowers were amazing. I really had a great team of vendors working on this wedding.
